How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, so cancellation happens in your iOS Settings — not in the TradeMaster app. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → TradeMaster and tap Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Install TradeMaster from the App Store on the new device, complete onboarding, and on the paywall tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.
I was charged but the app still shows the paywall.
Open the app, go to Profile → Settings → Subscription, and tap Restore Purchases. If that doesn’t clear it within a minute, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the paywall still appears, email support@gettrademaster.com with your Apple receipt and we’ll sort it out.
My study progress disappeared after reinstalling.
Study progress (quiz scores, streaks, completed lessons) is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app wipes this data. To preserve it across devices, use Settings → Export Study Data before uninstalling. We’re working on cloud sync for a future release.
My state or trade isn't listed.
TradeMaster covers all 50 U.S. states and D.C. across 30+ trades. If you selected a state + trade combination without a specific exam, the app will generate a generic practice exam for that combination. For more coverage requests, email support@gettrademaster.com and tell us which jurisdiction and trade you need.

How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately removes your on-device data and flags your profile for deletion from our servers within 30 days. You can also email privacy@gettrademaster.com with your name and email to request deletion.
